Allison Ariail, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA, BCB-PMD, PRPC
Dr. Ariail has been a physical therapist since 1999 with a focus on pelvic disorders and chronic low back and sacroiliac joint pain since 2004. Allison created Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness in an effort to provide exceptional care while maintaining privacy and comfort to each patient.
Allison uses a variety of treatment techniques that not only addresses the part of the body that is dysfunctional, but the whole person. Her treatments often include manual therapy, stabilization training, biofeedback, functional dry needling, rehabilitative ultrasound imaging training, visceral mobilization, fascial release, myofascial release, relaxation techniques, and neuromuscular re-education. Allison loves to assist patients who experience chronic pain realize that life can be different and improved. She also has a passion to help patients who have dealt with cancer treatment, especially gynecological, urological, and colorectal cancers.
Allison is a board certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner. She also is a certified lymphatic therapist by the Lymphology Association of North America, and is board certified in Biofeedback for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance.
Dr. Ariail is on the faculty for Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, where she teaches courses nationally and internationally on pelvic floor dysfunction and peri-partum issues. Allison also develops and instructs courses on Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging. She lectures nationally on lymphedema, cancer related changes to the pelvic floor, and the sacroiliac joint. Allison serves as a consultant to medical companies and physicians.
Prior to focusing on pelvic disorders, chronic back pain, and urological and gynecological cancer treatment, Allison owned her own practice treating pediatrics. She also has experience working with acquired brain injury patients, neonatal intensive care unit infants, and as a registered Hippotherapist, where she performed physical therapy with the patient on horseback.
